Ceiling structures and rigging

The ceiling above a booth does what the floor and walls cannot: it lifts the logo above the crowd, so it is seen from the far end of the hall. A suspended structure with fabric graphics turns the space into a recognisable brand, visible from every side. Octarig is our ceiling system, made for large spans. Between two bearings it bridges up to 12 m (6 m plus 6 m), and the pylon overhang reaches a further 3 m past the last bearing, so the graphics float even where there is no support beneath them. The floor posts reach up to 6000 mm, and the R 102 main beam (240 x 80 mm) carries up to 43 kg/m² at a twelve-metre span, enough for large signs, lights and sound. The structure is aluminium with steel additions, and the fabric is held by M 1325 clips horizontally or vertically. The system carries the DIN 4102 fire certificate (Class B1), and the aluminium a 5-year warranty. Two figures decide the choice. The span you have to bridge without an intermediate support, and the total weight of graphics, lights and sound that will hang from the structure.
