The website sejemskaoprema.si uses cookies to ensure correct operation and for visitor analytics. On your first visit we ask for your consent in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.
Types of cookies
Strictly necessary (always active). Technically required for the operation of the site (session cookies, language selection, consent acceptance). Without these the site does not function correctly. They are stored until the browser is closed or for up to 365 days for the language selection.
Analytical (optional, consent required). We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, which is loaded only after selecting "accept all". This sets Google analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for measuring visits, traffic sources and site usage (page views, downloads, enquiries, search). Google anonymises IP addresses. We do not use the data for advertising or remarketing and there is no cross-site profiling. Processor: Google Ireland Ltd; data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention: 14 months.
Marketing cookies: we currently do NOT use them.
Visitor rights
You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner ("necessary only") or through your browser settings. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and stops further collection of analytics.

Legal basis for processing
We process analytical cookies exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive and ZEKom-2). We process strictly necessary cookies on the basis of legitimate interest and the necessity to provide the service you request (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR); consent is not required for these.
