Exhibition stand builder and rental in Belgrade
Beogradski sajam runs more shows than any other venue in the Adriatic region, and an exhibitor arriving from abroad needs a builder who is already inside the hall. The hall hosts the full commercial spread: the Belgrade Book Fair and the Motor Show fill the largest halls, while SEEBBE construction, KGH climate engineering, the furniture and woodworking fairs, Grafima, Biroexpo, EcoFair and the tourism fair each pull a different audience. One Octanorm kit covers all of them, because the maxima 40, 80 and 120 mm profiles reconfigure from a nine-square-metre booth to a two-storey island without new parts.
Belgrade also hosts the specialised world expo from 15 May to 15 August 2027, three months of continuous operation rather than a four-day show. A stand built from a bolted modular system can be serviced, re-skinned and partly rebuilt during a run that long, which a bonded one-off build cannot.
Delivery, customs and on-site build
Ljubljana to Belgrade is around 530 km on the motorway, so the system arrives on a single truck and our crew travels with it. Serbia is outside the EU customs union: rental equipment crosses under an ATA Carnet and returns on the same document, so the paperwork is our job rather than yours, and nothing is invoiced as an import.
We coordinate with the fair's technical services on power, rigging points and build slots. If you exhibit in Belgrade every year, the stand can stay in our warehouse between shows, get serviced there and come back prepared, which removes storage and repeat freight from your budget.
Rent for one show, buy for a programme
Rental suits a first appearance or a single show in the year: you get the full system, the build and the strip-out with no capital tied up. Purchase pays off from roughly the third appearance, because the same profiles carry a new graphic package each time and the cost per show keeps falling.
