Montenegro does not exhibit in an exhibition hall. The international book and education fair, now in its twentieth edition, runs inside TC Big Fashion, a shopping centre, and much of the country's promotional activity happens in retail space rather than on a fairground. Octanorm Adria builds for that setting, where the audience is passing shoppers and the stand goes up between closing and opening.
A stand built inside a working shopping centre
Retail space sets the rules: a fixed ceiling height, a mall floor that cannot be drilled or damaged, fire routes that stay clear, and an install window that runs overnight because the centre does not close for you. Octanorm assembles by hand with connectors, without welding, cutting or noise, so a crew can build after hours and leave the floor as it found it.
Free-standing Octawall and Maxima walls mean the structure carries itself and touches nothing that belongs to the building. Octafloor covers and protects the existing floor where the stand sits.
Selling to footfall, not to a trade audience
A visitor in a shopping centre did not come to see you and is not carrying a badge. That makes the stand's job different from a trade fair: one message readable at walking pace, product reachable without stepping into an enclosure, and enough light that the display beats the mall's own signage. Octalumina backlit frames at CRI 90 do the last part.
The book and education fair also brings a browsing audience that stays and reads, so shelving and counters are configured for handling stock rather than for display only. The same parts return to a conventional booth shape at the next event.
700 km, an ATA Carnet and our own crew
Podgorica is around 700 km from our warehouse. Montenegro trades with the EU under a Stabilisation and Association Agreement, and rental equipment crosses under an ATA Carnet and returns on the same document, so the customs side is ours. The coastal Jadranski sajam ground in Budva is within the same delivery run.
