trade fairs in gornja radgona 2026: exhibitor calendar.

The 2026 fair year in Gornja Radgona has three slots: one in spring and two that run simultaneously at the end of August. The dates come from the organiser programme (pomurski-sejem.si); check them before applying, as dates can change.

The year opens with the International Building Fair from 25 to 27 March 2026. At the end of August two fairs fill the grounds at once: AGRA, the international agriculture and food fair, and the International Hunting and Fishing Fair, both from 22 to 26 August 2026. For an exhibitor that means one build-up window and one crowd moving between two programmes.

With more than 1,700 exhibitors from 30 countries, AGRA is the largest agriculture and food fair in Slovenia and the region, and its visitors include farmers, cooperatives, distributors, processors and the general public. Five days of programme means a constant flow of people, so the stand has to invite from several sides rather than sit behind a narrow entrance.

Fit the layout to the exhibits. A machine or a heavy sample needs a load-bearing base and access from more than one side; produce and packaging need light that does not distort colour. The modular Octanorm system covers both from the same inventory: Octawall closes the walls for graphics, Maxima extrusions carry larger and taller structures, Octafloor lifts the stand off the ground and hides the cabling, and Octarig raises your logo above the stand so visitors find you in a large hall.

Two 2027 slots in Gornja Radgona are published: AGRA from 21 to 25 August 2027 and the International Fair of Defence, Security, Protection and Rescue from 23 to 25 September 2027. The organiser publishes the rest of the calendar later, so we do not list it here.

An appearance can be planned before the full calendar exists: objectives, budget, stand concept and graphics do not depend on the date. Prepare the concept early and only logistics remain once the slot is announced, and equipment bought for 2026 is ready for the first 2027 dates.

AGRA is the slot for agricultural machinery, livestock, food, wine and horticulture, while the International Hunting and Fishing Fair covers outdoor equipment, optics and angling. Because the two run at the same time on the same grounds, many exhibitors build one stand that speaks to both audiences.

For an exhibitor working the Alpine-Adriatic region, the August slot comes ahead of the neighbouring markets: Agraria in Wels runs from 25 to 28 November 2026, the Agrarmesse Alpen-Adria in Klagenfurt from 15 to 17 January 2027, and AGROmashEXPO in Budapest from 27 to 30 January 2027. The first deadline is the exhibition space itself: you book it with the organiser, and the best positions go months before the doors open. Allow three to six months of preparation for an appearance at Pomurski sejem.

The second deadline is the stand. A modular stand rental is ordered two to four weeks before the fair, a turnkey build six to eight weeks, because it includes design, graphics and a trial assembly. Alongside the stand come the power connection request to the organiser, graphic production and transport, so tie every deadline to the opening date and plan backwards.

Buying changes the arithmetic once you exhibit more than once a year.
