Exhibiting across the region means a different space each time. One venue offers a corner space by the aisle, another a large island floor, a third a narrow front in a full hall. A one-off custom build does not adapt to that range, while a modular system assembles a linear, corner or island layout from the same inventory with no new construction.

Octanorm profiles and panels are a set of building blocks, not a locked floor plan. For a large stand you add Octarig overhead and Maxima for load-bearing parts; for a smaller regional fair you leave them in storage and set up the basic structure. Graphics go on the same frames and change between cities, so the brand stays identical while the layout adapts to the hall.

Because you buy, rent or commission the same system turnkey, the decision varies by appearance, not equipment. For a distant or one-off fair you rent; for regular regional appearances you build your own inventory. In both cases the structure stays identical and compatible, so you can also combine rental with owned equipment.

In Slovenia the main venues are the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre and the Celje Fair, which hosts MOS, the largest trade and business fair in the country. The Pomurje Fair in Gornja Radgona hosts AGRA, which gathers the agriculture and food sector of the whole region with more than 1,700 exhibitors from 30 countries. For a stand at any of these venues we build locally, without long transport.

The largest venues in the region are the Zagreb Fair, the Belgrade Fair and the Novi Sad Fair; the last hosts one of the biggest agricultural fairs in South-East Europe. Belgrade is also preparing the specialised EXPO 2027, which will bring international exhibitors to the region. In Bosnia and Herzegovina the central venues are Skenderija in Sarajevo and the Mostar Fair, in Montenegro the Adriatic Fair in Budva, and in North Macedonia the Skopje Fair.

For an exhibitor this means one point of contact for the entire regional calendar. For a distant fair or one-off appearance, renting is the fastest route. This makes sense when you exhibit in a city you do not travel to regularly, or when you test a new market without an initial investment.

A rented stand is from the same Octanorm system as owned equipment, so it is not a cheaper version with a different look. You get the same profiles, panels, lighting and counters, only rented for a single appearance. We prepare graphics to your brand, so the stand looks like yours even though the equipment is rented.

Rental and owned equipment complement each other. You can own the basic structure and rent additional modules for a large stand in another city, so you do not buy equipment you need only once. We price by floor plan and fair duration, not by a per-item list.

For anyone exhibiting across the region several times a year, an owned inventory pays off. A turnkey build means we plan, produce and set up the stand, while you get your own system to use fair after fair. The initial investment is recovered once you transport and reassemble the same structure instead of building a new one.

An owned stand reconfigures between cities. From the same inventory you assemble a larger island layout for a central fair and a smaller linear one for a regional appearance, adding Octarig and Maxima for a large hall. Because all elements are compatible, the layout changes with no new construction, and only the print is refreshed.

The cost per appearance falls with every reuse. Profiles disassemble into flat parts and panels fold, taking up far less space than a one-off build, so transport and storage between cities are practical. For a company with a regular regional calendar, owned equipment is cheaper than renting in the long run.

A regional presence often means several countries in one calendar: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia. For each of these an exhibitor would otherwise meet different suppliers, languages and conditions, which makes a consistent look harder. One partner for the whole region simplifies that.
