The autumn 2026 season at Belgrade Fair runs from mid-September to mid-December. Dates come from the official Belgrade Fair calendar (sajam.rs); confirm them with the organiser before registering, as schedules can change.

September opens with three industrial fairs sharing one slot: GRAFIMA (graphics, paper and creative industries), BIROEXPO (IT and office equipment) and the Packaging Fair run from 16 to 19 September. October brings Wine Vision by Open Balkan, the Energy Fair and ECOFAIR, followed by the Book Fair, the Education Fair and the Medicine and Dentistry Fair.

November is the densest month: the International Furniture Fair and the Woodworking Machines and Tools Fair, both UFI-listed, share the 12 to 16 November slot with the Ethno Food and Drink Fair and SKI EXPO. The year closes with DSC Europe, the Water Forum and the KGH congress on air conditioning, heating and cooling.

The spring 2027 season is denser than usual because it ends just before EXPO 2027 opens. February brings the National Beekeeping Fair, then two major fairs in one slot: the International Tourism Fair and HORECA, the hospitality equipment fair, from 25 to 28 February.

March brings back the International Motor Show and the Motorcycle Fair (17-23 March). April lines up the Nautics, Hunting and Fishing Fair, the Cosmetics Fair, the Running Expo around the Belgrade Marathon and SEEBBE, the UFI-listed international construction fair (20-23 April). The season before EXPO closes with the Technics and Technical Achievements Fair (10-13 May) and Belgrade Future Gaming.

From 15 May to 15 August 2027 Belgrade hosts EXPO 2027, a specialised world exposition under the BIE, the first in the Balkans: 93 days of programme, more than 130 participating countries and over 4 million expected visitors at the Surčin site.

For an exhibitor, EXPO is not just another entry in the calendar; it follows its own rules. Deadlines are longer, space fills up in advance and preparation starts nine to twelve months ahead. The fairs above, such as SEEBBE and the Technics Fair, are a practical rehearsal to tune your layout and team before the EXPO appearance. The first deadline is hall space: it is booked with the organiser through the exhibitor portal, and the best positions go months before opening. Allow three to six months of preparation for a regional fair, and nine to twelve for large international appearances and EXPO 2027.

The second deadline is the stand itself. A modular rental stand is ordered two to four weeks before the fair; a turnkey build takes six to eight weeks because it includes design, graphics and a test assembly. Add the power connection filed with the organiser, graphics production and transport, then anchor every deadline to the opening date and plan backwards.
