The 2026 season in Celje has three dates and all of them fall in the second half of the year. The dates come from the organiser programme (ce-sejem.si, and sidec.si for SIDEC); check them before you apply, because dates can change.

The season opens with the MOS Fair from 16 to 20 September 2026, five days of the broadest trade and business programme in Slovenia. The POMP Fair follows on 10 and 11 October 2026, a short October date, and SIDEC, the defence fair and conference, runs from 10 to 12 November 2026. There are eight weeks between MOS and SIDEC, enough to change the graphics and the layout without buying more equipment.

MOS is the largest trade and business fair in Slovenia and its audience is mixed: craft businesses, small and medium manufacturers, suppliers and the general public. Five days of programme means a steady flow of people, so the stand has to work at two distances, with the brand legible across the hall and the offer understandable from two steps away.

Match the layout to what you exhibit. A machine, a tool or a heavy sample needs a load-bearing base and access from several sides, while a product on a shelf needs light that does not distort its colour. The Octanorm modular system covers both from the same inventory: Octawall closes the walls for graphics, Maxima profiles carry larger and taller structures, Octafloor lifts the stand off the hall floor and hides the cabling, and Octarig raises the logo above the stand so visitors find you in the middle of the hall.

Six dates are published for 2027 and the first four are in spring. Three programmes overlap on one March weekend: Hunting and Sport Shooting Days and FIT & WELL from 19 to 21 March 2027, with APIS Slovenia Europe on 20 and 21 March 2027. The International Industrial Fair (MIS) follows from 20 to 23 April 2027.

Autumn 2027 repeats the familiar pattern: the MOS Fair from 15 to 19 September and the POMP Fair on 9 and 10 October 2027. Equipment bought for MOS 2026 serves the 2027 spring block with nothing added: the graphics and the layout change, the structure stays the same.

MOS is the broadest date: crafts, construction, machinery, home and garden, services and food in one programme, which makes it the first choice for most exhibitors. MIS in April 2027 is narrower and more technical, aimed at industrial equipment and technologies, and SIDEC in November 2026 covers defence, security and rescue equipment.

The 2027 spring block reaches three different audiences on the same weekend: hunting and sport shooting, sport and health at FIT & WELL, and beekeeping at APIS Slovenia Europe. POMP is a short October date for exhibitors selling directly to visitors. We publish separate guides for individual sectors, from machinery to construction.

The first deadline is the exhibition space itself: you book it with the organiser, and the best positions in the central halls are taken months before the doors open. Allow three to six months of preparation for a MOS appearance.

The second deadline is the stand. A modular stand rental is ordered two to four weeks before the fair, a turnkey build six to eight weeks, because it includes the design, the graphics and a trial assembly. A power connection has to be registered with the organiser, and graphics and transport are booked alongside, so tie every deadline to the opening date and plan backwards.

Nothing has to cross a border except your graphics files and your team. You rent the Octanorm stand on site: we deliver it, install it before the doors open and dismantle it after closing, and because the graphics carry your brand a rented stand does not look different from an owned one.

Buying changes the arithmetic once you exhibit more than once a year, and the Alpine-Adriatic calendar invites exactly that. The Internationale Holzmesse and Holz&Bau in Klagenfurt run from 2 to 5 September 2026, MOS in Celje from 16 to 20 September, and the Grazer Herbstmesse from 1 to 4 October 2026. The same modular inventory is rebuilt to each hall plan with only the graphics changing, so the cost per appearance falls with every reuse.
