The published 2026 season at Novi Sad Fair runs from mid-September to late November. Dates come from the official Novi Sad Fair announcements (sajam.net); confirm them with the organiser before registering, as schedules can change.

September opens with the international forum Security for the Future (Bezbednost za budućnost) in mid-month. In late September the strongest slot of the autumn begins: LORIST, the 57th international hunting and fishing fair, and the Ecology Fair share the halls from 30 September to 3 October. October continues with the Sports and Youth Fair and the International Days of Energy and Investment.

November closes the published calendar with two dates: the SJAJ jewellery and watchmaking exhibition in mid-month and the 57th International Tourism Fair from 26 to 28 November.

From 30 September to 3 October 2026 Novi Sad Fair runs LORIST and the Ecology Fair at the same time. For an exhibitor this means two audiences at one venue over the same four days: visitors from the world of hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment, and those interested in ecology and environmental protection.

If your range touches both themes, say outdoor equipment with an ecological product line, one appearance covers both fairs: you book the space once and zone the modular stand so each audience finds its part of the offer.

Novi Sad Fair announces dates per event, and the 2027 calendar is not out yet. This guide lists official dates only, so we will update it once the organiser publishes the new schedule on sajam.net.

The first deadline is hall space: it is booked with the organiser, and the best positions go first. Allow three to six months of preparation for a Novi Sad appearance.

The second deadline is the stand itself. A modular rental stand is ordered two to four weeks before the fair; a turnkey build takes six to eight weeks because it includes design, graphics and a test assembly. For LORIST and the Ecology Fair in late September that means ordering a build during the summer and a rental by early September. Add the power connection filed with the organiser, graphics production and transport.

For one Novi Sad appearance a year, renting is the fastest route: we assemble an Octanorm stand before opening and remove it after closing, and you arrive to a finished space. Graphics carry your brand, so a rented stand does not look rented.

Buying starts to pay off as soon as appearances repeat. The calendar shows why: the International Days of Energy and Investment in Novi Sad run on 14 and 15 October, the Belgrade Energy Fair follows on 21 to 23 October, so the same modular kit works two appearances in one month with only the graphics swapped.
