The Tirana International Fair, 32nd edition, runs from 3 to 6 November 2026 at the Palace of Congresses (Pallati i Kongreseve) in Tirana. The dates come from the organizer page (klikekspogroup.com) and were verified on 8 October 2026; check them again before you register, because dates can move.

It is a general trade fair, not a sector show. The visitor walking past your stand is not necessarily from your industry and decides within a few seconds whether you are relevant. That puts the whole burden on one legible message and on light.

The venue is a congress palace, not an exhibition hall. That decides how the stand is built, and it is the part of this guide that differs most from a fair in a purpose-built hall.

A congress hall usually gives you a carpeted floor, fixed sightlines, doors sized for delegates and no rigging points overhead. Octawall and Maxima are self-supporting: the wall carries itself and does not lean on a neighbouring stand or a hall partition, while Octarig takes lighting and signage on its own frame instead of on the ceiling.

The parts arrive as profiles and panels that a two-person crew carries through a normal doorway and assembles with connectors, no welding and no drilling. In a building that cannot be modified, that is the difference between exhibiting and not exhibiting.

What is actually allowed at the Palace of Congresses, such as stand height, hanging elements and the power connection, is set by the organizer. We cannot know that from a distance and we do not guess: ask for it in writing before the floor plan is drawn.

At a general fair, most people see you for the first time from the aisle and in passing. The company name and one sentence about what you do must be legible from a few metres away, over the heads of those already standing at the stand.

Octalumina backlit fabric frames turn a wall into an evenly lit surface, and it reads across an aisle in a way a printed board does not. The same frames take a new fabric for the next appearance, so the year-to-year cost is a graphic, not a stand.

When the stand is on an island or at the end of an aisle, visibility is bought with height. Octarig ceiling structures carry spans of up to 12 metres, so the sign or screen stays above the stand and the floor stays free for exhibits; the permitted height is again confirmed by the organizer.

Rental covers a single appearance: a complete stand from the Octanorm system, delivered, built before opening and taken down after closing, with nothing left in storage afterwards. Purchase means your own kit, which in later years needs only adjustment and new graphics. Turnkey is the third route, where design, build, assembly and storage sit with one contractor.

On the date of this guide, 8 October 2026, TIF 32 is less than four weeks away. Anyone still without a stand should decide now. Rental commits no capital and is the quickest way to test a floor plan; purchase makes sense if you exhibit in Tirana regularly and plan for the next edition.

One special case is ECGE, the Energy, Construction and Green Economy fair, held on 29 and 30 October 2026 in the same Palace. An exhibitor at both does not need two different stands: the modular system adapts to the other floor plan and only the graphics change, provided the calendar allows it.

Tirana is roughly 900 km from our warehouse, the furthest we drive in the region, so the schedule is planned backwards from the build slot the organizer gives you, with the border crossings counted in.

Albania is outside the EU customs union. Rental equipment travels under temporary admission (an ATA Carnet is used for rental in Albania) and returns on the same document; we handle that on our side.

If you are a company from abroad with no crew in Tirana, that is the main reason to choose rental or turnkey: the stand arrives built by our team and you only have to show up for the fair.

We need the size of the booked space or the floor plan, the stand number if you have one, the type (inline, corner, peninsula or island) and a description of what you exhibit. With these four items a layout can be drawn; without them only a price range remains.

We plan the layout and quote the parts list for free before you decide on rental or purchase. You get a layout proposal with rental and purchase side by side, so the difference shows in a number and not in a description. Graphics go in last, because until then the floor plan usually still moves.
