Beoplant Fair, the 32nd international horticulture fair, runs from 20 to 23 April 2027 at the Belgrade Fair (Beogradski sajam). The dates come from the organizer's 2027 calendar at sajam.rs and were checked on 9 October 2026; confirm them again before you register, because organizers can move a date.

The SEEBBE construction fair is listed for the same four days in Belgrade. Visitors to a horticulture fair see many similar displays within a few metres, so a stand is judged on how fresh and orderly the plants look and how easy it is to walk up and ask a question.

Plants supply the colour on a gardening stand, so the walls stay quiet. Octawall panels in white or one muted tone let green and flower colour carry, and a single large graphic, a finished garden or a nursery row, tells visitors what you grow before they read a label.

Height is what turns a group of pots into a display. Shelves, plinths and low counters from the same system hold pots at several levels, so the eye finds the tall tree and the small seedling without leaning over a table. An Octanorm counter such as the illuminated OL-C500 takes orders and payments, and a closed cabinet behind the back wall hides spare pots, labels and tools.

Ordinary hall light flattens colour. Spotlights with a colour rendering index of CRI 90, such as the ERON Pro line, show leaves and petals close to the colour a buyer will see at home. Octalumina LED frames carry seamless fabric graphics lit from behind, so a large garden photograph glows behind the plants in front of it.

Pots with soil are heavy, and a hall has no spare socket under a plant table. The Octafloor raised floor has a high load rating and hides the cables for lights, screens and chargers below the walking surface, so nothing lies across the aisle.

Ortogiardino, the 46th floriculture and gardening fair, runs from 6 to 14 March 2027 at Pordenone Fiere in Italy (date from the organizer's page, checked 1 October 2026). Beoplant follows in Belgrade from 20 to 23 April 2027.

The walls, floor and frames come apart and go up again in a different plan; only the graphics and the plant range change. For a single fair, hiring is usually cheaper.
