The 2026 fair year at Zagreb Fair runs from late January to early December. Dates come from the official Zagreb Fair programme for 2026; confirm them with the organiser before registering, as schedules can change.

Winter opens with Beauty & Hair Expo Zagreb, the international cosmetics and hairdressing fair, at the end of January. February brings two overlapping dates: the Zagreb Nautics Fair (18-22 February) and the Zagreb Hunting Equipment Fair (20-22 February). Spring belongs to BIAM and the Welding Fair, machine tools and welding equipment in one slot (14-17 April), and Dentex, the international dental medicine fair (21-23 May).

Autumn is the strongest season: Ambienta, the 53rd international furniture, interiors and construction fair, opens October (1-4 October), Interliber, the 48th international book fair, fills the halls in mid-November, and the year closes with CroAGRO, the international agriculture fair, and the Food and Healthy Living Fair sharing the 3-6 December slot.

Zagreb Fair has not yet published its programme for 2027. This guide lists official dates only, so the 2027 calendar will be added once the organiser releases it; until then follow zv.hr and do not rely on unofficial dates.

You can still plan the appearance before the dates land: goals, budget, stand concept and graphics do not depend on the calendar. Prepare the concept early and only the logistics remain once the dates are out.

Ambienta is the date for furniture, interiors and construction-systems manufacturers, CroAGRO for agricultural equipment, and BIAM with the Welding Fair for machine tools, industrial technology and welding equipment. Dentex gathers dental medicine and its equipment.

Alongside them run the specialised dates: the Nautics and Hunting fairs for leisure equipment, Beauty & Hair Expo for cosmetics and hairdressing, Interliber for publishers and the Food and Healthy Living Fair for food producers. The first deadline is hall space: it is booked with the organiser, and the best positions go months before opening. Allow three to six months of preparation for a Zagreb Fair appearance.

The second deadline is the stand itself. A modular rental stand is ordered two to four weeks before the fair; a turnkey build takes six to eight weeks because it includes design, graphics and a test assembly. Add the power connection filed with the organiser, graphics production and transport, then anchor every deadline to the opening date and plan backwards.

A foreign exhibitor can rent the complete stand in Zagreb: nothing travels with you except the graphics files and your team. We assemble an Octanorm stand before opening and remove it after closing, and the graphics carry your brand, so a rented stand does not look rented.
