The 57th International Motor Show runs from 17 to 23 March 2027 in the halls of Beogradski sajam. The 19th International Motorcycle Show runs the same week at the same venue. Dates come from the organizer’s official calendar (sajam.rs); confirm them before registering, as schedules can change.

Seven open days change how the stand is planned. Footfall peaks at the weekend, exhibits are cleaned and reset daily, and staff rotate. The build has to last the full run without repairs, and the layout has to carry a dense flow of visitors around the vehicles.

A motor show sets two very different tasks. Displaying a vehicle needs an open plan on at least two sides, room to walk around the exhibit, and brand messaging on large wall surfaces above the height of the car. Displaying parts, accessories and workshop equipment needs the opposite: shelving and a counter take the space, and the graphics have to read from the aisle, several metres away.

The same Octanorm system covers both, because walls, shelves, counters and lighting assemble from the same profiles. Choose the stand layout, inline, corner or island, before you book the hall space: corner and island plots need a different wall distribution than an inline stand, and changing that decision after booking means changing the floor plan too.

A vehicle on a stand needs three things: to stand out, to be lit in true colour, and to keep cables off the floor. The Octafloor raised floor solves the first and the third, lifting the exhibit above hall level and hiding power and signal runs inside the double floor. Spotlights with a colour rendering index of CRI 90 solve the second: under cold or weak light, paintwork does not look the way it does in the brochure.

Overhead, the Octarig ceiling structure carries graphics, logos and spotlights and makes the stand readable from across a large hall. For one appearance a year, rental is the fastest route. We install the Octanorm stand before opening and dismantle it after closing, and you arrive to a finished space. The graphics carry your brand, so a rented stand looks no different from your own.

A modular exhibition stand rental is ordered two to four weeks before the fair; a turnkey build is ordered six to eight weeks ahead. The hall space is booked with the organizer much earlier, because the best positions go first. Around the stand come the power connection request, graphics production and transport, so tie every deadline to 17 March 2027 and plan backwards.

The Belgrade season of 2027 is dense, and that changes the arithmetic. After the motor and motorcycle shows in March come SEEBBE, the 51st international construction fair, from 20 to 23 April, and the 69th international fair of technology from 10 to 13 May, followed by EXPO 2027 from 15 May to 15 August. An exhibitor appearing at two or three of them reconfigures the same modular kit from show to show and only changes the graphics.
